Our Process - let us help with your settlement agreement

If there are no drafting amendments required to your settlement agreement, we can usually complete the process within 24 hours. If amendments are necessary, we can usually complete the process within 2 to 3 working days.
Our same-day settlement agreement advice and sign-off service is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Step 1 - Email us your form
Initially you will be required to send a copy of your settlement agreement. In addition we would request to see a copy of your employment contract, and any other documents that may be of importance.
Step 2 - Call to review the agreement
One of our settlement agreement solicitor experts will join you on a call to go through the agreement with you, taking time to explain what it means and to ensure there are no items that may need resolving with your employer before you sign the agreement.
Step 3 - Signing the finalised agreement
Once the agreement has been approved and any required adjustments have been made, you can then sign the document. This will then be sent to your employer for counter-signature. The invoice to cover your legal fees will also be sent to your employer at this point.
After being signed by your employer the document will then be considered legally binding. On the rare chance that you may encounter further issues with your settlement agreement, or other issues relating to employment law, we would be happy to assist you throughout the process.
